Keeping it simple is key. Traded higher into the high looking for a a lower low when that high got taken. Took 2 longs into that high both +2R/2% After market showing me bearish move, took the short also 2R/2% Gain ending the week with 6% profit

Big side effect from high performance (in any industry) is the lack of sleep. My brain is going at 200mph most of the time, very difficult to rest & actually switch off. Insomnia is real, last 6-12 months has been extreme. Most nights sleeping 3/4/5am and up 6/7/8am
