First tournament in two years didn't go as expected and was a setback. I'm evaluating what went wrong but I'm confident I'll turn things around for my next tournament in May. I take inspiration from the Raptors, who were swept two seasons in a row before winning it all in 2019

The future looks bright!

A lovely colleague passed away earlier this week at far too young an age (29) and members of my department are shocked and devastated. There is no obituary yet, but two weeks ago she posted her first preprint on ArXiv so I'm sharing it in her honour ❤️ arxiv.org/abs/2404.09680

There will be a memorial gathering for Mohabat tomorrow morning at 10am, here is the screenshot from the facebook page of the Guysborough Nature Trail Parkrun. And I just learned that Mohabat means kindness ❤️
