There are two types of competitive people: those who compete against themselves and those who compete against others. One will contribute toward building a dynamic school culture. The other could potentially unravel it. Compete against YOU to become the best you.

There is a whole story to this one 😂 but essentially an egg is rolling away down a hill and an eagle swoops in to try and save it. Short but complex. I love these 4th graders imagination!⁦Shante Denson⁩ ⁦Sherrell Ashburn Wilkerson

Had a fantastic two days with our Isle of Wight County Schools instructional coaches at our very own (and first) coach symposium! We dug deep into instructional rounds, discussed ways to build teachers leaders, developed PD, and even celebrated some birthdays and a retirement!
