Tomorrow begins my three day course for my CSPO. I’m so excited but super nervous. I know that there’s not an exam but my vision board goal is to get 2 certifications this year. CSPO then CSA

If I can knock out those two in Q3 then I’ll try to prep for the ITIL in Q4 or Q1 2025. Good news: my job will reimburse me for the certification So-so news: I have to plead my case for other certifications in the future and how the correlate to my current position.

My CSPO course is this weekend. I opted to do the 3 part time days instead of 2 full days- BEST DECISION! I’m currently on day 2 of 3, it’s A LOT of information. Maybe because I’m not a morning person but chose a morning class to take. I am learning a lot about myself. #cspo

Day 1 was simple- reiterating Scrum fundamentals to ensure we know the basics before for diving deeper into what a Product Owner is and is not. Day 2- my trainer said we will have nightmares about the word “empiricism”. I absolutely feel that is true. 😩
