Hey United Airlines your texting reps need more training. For me to get a refund-they literally told me I had to go back to IAD to “have the tix marked unused” on a flight cancelled due to bad weather. 🤔 I then called your 800# & at about 10:50pm ET the amazing Lee refunded me in 20mins

We are hosting an Operation Homefront lunch box drive in our HII office!

Spent the last 2 days with our extended Strat Comm team at an offsite in Pascagoula. It’s been great to spend time together. Today we ended with an inspiring tour of our Ingalls shipyard. My neck is definitely a litttle achy from twisting/turning to see the enormity everything!

#Roadtrippin’ to our Syracuse office, thanks Matt and Mike for the hospitality today! Our downtown HII office is beautiful and how cool is this back drop!

What a great morning Megan & I had supporting the Operation Homefront Back to School Brigade. We handed out our HII branded stuffed lunch boxes to the kids & we got to meet Junior the comfort dog! Was nice to see so many companies come together to support our military families
