My night ops look a little different these days… From night raids hunting the Taliban to making sure every last corner of this district has my name on it, no matter how late at night. But really, the mission is the same… It’s about stepping up to protect our way of life.

I promised every single day I would be at the polls no matter how sunburn or swollen my feet (thanks lil baby). I love hearing people say they read about their candidates BEFORE coming to the polls and are now voting for me. Inform yourself! No one is entitled to your vote.

Our system of campaign finance, unlimited terms, gerrymandering, and partisan primaries help deeply unpopular incumbents stay in office way too long. It’s time for change.

Week two of early voting down… Face still sunburnt, feet still swollen. I don’t care. We’ve got a job to do. There’s only four more voting days to go (3 early voting + Election Day).

Election Day is finally here. I cast my vote this morning at my hometown precinct with my pocket Constitution in hand. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and everyone who’s supported along the way. Polls are open until 7:30p in NC. See you out there!
