New favorite federal district court alert. D. Mont. discusses postive law and cites The Shadow Code. Interesting case. Marquis v. Uecker, 2024 WL 416306.

Any case with a footnote that starts, "Curiously, the 'just and reasonable' rate requirement for oil pipelines is nowhere to be found in the current U.S. Code" is my kind of case. See, 105 F.4th 418 (D.C. Cir. 2024).
