Great to be involved in the John Do mile walk this morning at Leverhulme Park. What a beautiful day. 😍 Thanks to Wednesday Walkers and Wheels for all adapted cycling Bolton for their support. Also, a big shout out to Yusuf and Ian D for their efforts in making it a very successful event.

We had a wonderful afternoon delivering some wrestling sessions in the local community in Breightmet today. The mat was busy all afternoon and the young people who took part absolutely loved it. 🤼‍♀️ 🤼‍♀️ 🤼‍♀️ Junior sessions Tuesday - Thursday 6.30pm - 7.45pm
