New feature: Automatically hide desktop icons

We upgraded ShareX to .NET 9.0 from .NET Framework 4.8. You can test the build using the "Install dev build" button. (getsharex.com/docs/dev-builds) The upgrade involved many changes, so we need more testers to ensure stability. .NET 9.0 can be installed from: dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download…

ShareX Dev builds are now self-contained, which means you no longer need to install .NET 9.0 separately. As a result, the dev build size has increased to approximately 100 MB.

We are aware of the on-going issues with the Imgur login flow. This is an issue on Imgur's side. We have tried to reach multiple times through support / directly and have not had a satisfactory response. You will experience issues signing into Imgur until this is resolved.
