This year is so tough! All the flaws are being exposed. I'm not overreacting about an academy talent choosing any other clubs than us. It's just that we are seeing a lot of unsuccessful transfers this year. Things need to change. I would start from the very top!

This summer window makes it clear, Bayern need a President & CEO duo with the courage to make real changes, ideally with at least one ex-player. Changing the SD & DoF means nothing if the top stays the same.
