During an incident at the height of Covid-19 crews made a call, in the dead heat of the day, for an elderly female that became ill while cutting her yard. While others worked on the patient Captain Echols of Engine 9 finished cutting her yard with a push mower. #AboveandBeyond

Louisiana Task Force 3 Urban Search and Rescue is headed to Port Allen, LA to stage for Hurricane Ida. This team is made up of Shreveport Fire, Bossier City Fire, and Caddo District Fire #4.The storm is projected to be a category 4 when it makes landfall.
