Great to be at the formal launch of 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲’s new e-sports classroom. This initiative will expand provision across levels 5-8, enhance progressions opps in cybersecurity & software development & see opps in e-sports competitions regionally and beyond. Scottish Funding Council

Excited to be in Leeds for Advance HE #StudentConf24! Looking forward to listening & learning. But first, an enjoyable evening catching up with old friends Simon Varwell Tom Lowe , both speakers at the event who I’m sure will pose some thought provoking questions to the sector.

Grateful to The Glasgow School of Art for their invitation to preview this years Degree Show. An absolute joy to see the range of creative possibilities from this graduating cohort, and speak to the students behind the creations, their inspiration and what comes next. The show is open 31/5 - 9/6.




Glasgow today for QAA Scotland’s ‘TNE in Scotland’ Forum. Good discussion so far looking at Scottish context and role of coordinating staff in successful TNE delivery. Moving onto the student experience later which I’m particularly interested to hear more about Scottish Funding Council
