Wife had a no fault accident 2 weeks ago and the car was insured with Hastings Direct who outsourced any claims discussions with Nationwide Hire. They were rude, antagonistic and raised the hire car incorrectly with Enterprise who have been absolutely brilliant. Nationwide 1/2
2/2 told us what they will pay and we replied and we asked a question via email. They havenโt responded and then ring but as the wife is in and out of hospital, rings back and has to wait 15 mins for an answer twice. Shocking experience apart from Enterprise who have been great
