As a proof-of-concept for urine RNA liquid biopsy, we show that mRNA in human urine reflects cell type-specific signal from hard-to-biopsy tissues with low abundance in blood-based cfRNA liquid biopsy & integrate with the urine metabolome Clinical Chemistry academic.oup.com/clinchem/artic…
