Well folks, it finally happened to me: the NSF project that I worked for was halted a few weeks ago (for a variety of reasons, some typical, some not). I'm looking for a new role, ideally in software development related to academic research. Advice and leads most welcome. 🙏

imo, regardless of one’s chosen subfield and theoretical framework in linguistics, Syntactic Structures (Chomsky 57) is still the greatest book ever written. It’s the best manifesto for theoretically-oriented linguists and offers the most accurate philosophy of linguistics.
