Kimberly has a Ph.D. in Special Ed. from UNCG & is a Fellow with the National Leadership Consortium in Sensory Disabilities. Her research focuses on policy & standards in relation to pre-service educational interpreter preparation & ed. interpreters employed in K-12 settings.

Kimberly earned her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Concordia University, BA in Sign Language Interpretation from Siena Heights , and AAS in Educational Interpreting from NTC. She holds her National Certification in Ed: K-12 Interpreting.

Jennifer has been interpreting since 2002. The majority of her career has been in full-time staff interpreter positions, 2 of which were serving as a designated interpreter for a division-head & a college president. She's also worked in the realm of VRI & freelance interpreting.
