Today we will be in federal court and find out whether Andrew Do will be held financially responsible for the $10M he stole from Orange County First District taxpayers.

Today a federal judge ordered Andrew Do to pay back just $878,230 in his scheme of defrauding the County of more than $10M. We can possibly get another $5M from the US Attorney asset forfeitures for the First District. I will stay on this.
