Great evening participating in the American Public Policy Issues Fair at Wauwatosa West High School. This is my third year taking part as a judge at this event and I'm always impressed at the civic engagement and initiative of these future leaders!

The students and I had a great discussion this morning in Mr. Dapelo’s AP Government and Politics class at Brookfield Central High School. Thank you for having me!

The unofficial start of summer is a reminder of the blessings our freedom affords us. Today, on #MemorialDay, we remember what makes that freedom possible and honor the fallen men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.

It was a wonderful day at the Elm Grove #MemorialDay parade yesterday and a privilege to meet and talk with the Honorary Grand Marshal, Korean War Veteran John Mathie.

Patti and I visited the ART64 event at the Village of Wauwatosa over the weekend. I enjoyed seeing the artists' talent at work as they competed in this bracket-style tournament. Congrats to this year's winner, Jianqiao Luan!

Project SEARCH is a great statewide initiative bringing together Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, local schools and employers that enables young adults of all abilities to explore and gain employment. It was a joy to join some of the graduation ceremonies, including here at the Milwaukee Zoo.
