Busy week meeting with Anoka County leaders on housing & transportation, visiting Otter Lake Technologies in Gem Lake, and advocating for bonding projects in Vadnais Heights. As Vice Chair of the State & Local Government Committee, I'm grateful for our strong local partnerships.

Great morning touring White Bear Lake High school and visiting with staff and teachers. Grateful to have dedicated educators and staff members in our community who work so hard for our students. Only regret is missing lunch!

Best of luck to all the hunters and families taking part in the Minnesota deer opener! Hunting is a proud tradition for so many across our state, including my family. Here’s to safety, stewardship, and stories that last long after the season ends.

Trump is pardoning people who tried to steal the election on his behalf. Once again using his office to help his friends, attack his enemies, and undermine the rule of law and our democracy. But he can’t change this simple fact: He lost the 2020 election.

Last night I had the honor of presenting a Minnesota Senate Resolution recognizing Mayor Dave Bartholomay for 24 years of service to Circle Pines. Mayor Dave has led with dignity and a true belief in collaborative, good government. Thank you for your extraordinary service.

Can you even imagine a past President at any time in U.S. history publicly calling Jews or Italians or Poles in America “garbage,” saying “they contribute nothing,” admitting that “I don’t want them in our country,” and urging them to “go back to where they came from?” You can’t.
