2139 patients with EC. Bilateral detection rate 82.3%. More than 20 surgical variables analyzed. 5 Risk factors -Modifiable: 👉🏻Open approach 👉🏻Non ICG tracer 👉🏻Low volume surgeon (<20sln/year) -Non modifiable: ❌High grade and >50%myo inv #surgery #endometrialcancer SoMe4Surgery

👀A lot of heterogeneity can be observed in the surgical technique (site of injection, volume, tracer concentration…) between centers… But, interestingly, NO ❌ differences observed in detection rates in any of these parameters‼️‼️

👀👀Regarding BMI, we didn’t find any association with detection rate… Neither as a continuous variable nor as a dichotomous one (30,35 or 40)
