This is a nice surprise. This grower gave up IPs 3 years ago. First year not having perennials (or annuals) to clean up at 6-8 leaf stage.

As post emergent soybean spraying ramps up remember to follow proper mixing order with Enlist 1 herbicide. It is CRUCIAL to follow proper mixing order to avoid chemicals salting out in the tank. Never mix Enlist 1 and Glyphosate concentrates together!

Avoid Beer Butt Syndrome!! Reminder for those who be starting fungicide applications prior to tassel. Also the different emergence dates within fields this spring due to north vs south or east vs west side of hill has separation in growth stages. Applications of surfactants

Beautiful crop of 25A16’s planted April 23’d at Arbo Farms. Incredible set of flowers on these plants. Looking forward to seeing how these early planted beans do. #YieldHeroEast

Early planting for soybeans can be beneficial, but late season droughts can hurt yields when water use peaks ~R3-R5. In this #UpdateFromTheField from Manni Singh you can see that early-planted treatments (left) are showing water stress vs late-planted (right) in Central MI.

Does it make a difference to pull those few waterhemp plants sticking thru the beans? Check out pic from a customer visit this spring while checking corn stands. Customer said he saw about 20-30 plants in a clump in last years soybeans that got thru.. Didn't take the ten
