Ex Corpus Christi head chef Seb Mansfield appointed as the new head chef at The Carpenters Arms, Gt Wilbraham, just outside of Cambridge. A great addition to proVIV’s CHESTNUT team. Congratulations Seb, looking forward to eating your food again.

I was really looking forward to eating Seb Mansfield’s food again (ex exec chef Corpus Christi College) & I wasn’t disappointed. The food last night was bang on. The Carpenters Arms is a great addition to the Cambridge food scene & is going to be very popular.
What a great night last night was for the amazing Murray Chapman. Lots of money raised, great food eaten, & lots of wine drunk. Many thanks to chefs Mark Poynton Eric Snaith Russell Bateman Adam Smith Sam Carter Seb Mansfield ANDREW NUTTER & their teams. It was such a special night.
