Legal fees and fines can have grave consequences to those who can't afford to pay, due to the interest rates and payment plan costs associated with them. On March 27, the governor signed off on HB1783 to reform how these Legal Financial Obligations are handled in Washington. x.com/ACLU_WA/status…
