It feels suspiciously like Spring outside and we have two pre-season friendlies to get the season underway. Our Second XI play host to Civil Service CC on Saturday before our Third XI make the short trip to @pontelandcc on Thursday.

The season starts today with our First XI playing host to Tillside CC and our Second XI making the short trip to Kirkley Cricket Club Our home game is sponsored by Hadrian Border Brewery and their beers are in the bar fridges waiting for you.

A full week as our Third XI kick off their season away to Ashington Rugby on Thursday. The weekend sees our First XI head to Warkworth with our Second XI hosting Benwell and Walbottle. Finally, our Sunday XI also get their season underway with a home game against Whitley Bay.

The results from the first weekend of the season saw wins for our First XI against Tillside and for our Second XI away to Kirkley. Our Sunday side couldn’t quite keep the run going, coming out second best against Seaburn.

Tomorrow sees our First XI take the trip North to take on WarkworthCC whilst our Second XI play host to Benwell&Walbottle CC Our home fixture is sponsored by Mainstreet Travel.

This week sees our Third XI hosting Percy Main tomorrow night, before Saturday has our First XI hosting Washington CC and our Second XI making the trip to Monkseaton. The weekend ends with our Sunday XI hosting Newcastle Wanderers.

Our first full set of junior fixtures for the season sees both U11 sides on their travels to Warkworth and Backworth, with our U13s completing a triumvirate of Sunday fixtures at home to Cramlington. Our U15s complete the set with a home game on Monday night against Cramlington.

Our Third XI are in action this evening against Percy Main Cricket & Sports Club in a game sponsored by Newcastle Racecourse.
