This was a beautiful family house but the ground floor rooms were very separate + didn't bring the family together. A ground floor rear extension was built + internal reconfiguration created an open plan kitchen-dining-snug space with separate utility boot room. #familytime #hove

A Chinese Medical Centre couldn’t get from their pharmacy to their laboratory. They needed a staircase designed that also brought in natural light. The roof was removed, the staircase added and a glass atrium put on to create a fantastic light space. #architecture #design #hove

An existing external metal fire escape stair was removed and replaced by a new traditionally detailed balcony, canopy and steps down to the rear garden.

An ugly fire escape transformed by designing and changing it to a traditional balcony, canopy and stairs.

A new traditionally detailed balcony, canopy and steps down to the rear garden were designed and constructed to the raised ground floor flat.
