Crispiest ever. Rub is salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, celery salt, and a teaspoon of corn starch. Dusted on both sides with a spice bottle. Smoke at 225 for 30 minutes. Increase heat to 400 until crispy brown. Tossed in Frank's with a melted pat of Kerrygold butter.
