Well yesterday was a tough one. Up at 2.30am, down to Pennington flash for a 2.4 mile swim, got straight on the bike for 95 miles and then completed a marathon. 13.5 hours later I became an Ironman!

Very proud of my girlfriend Nicky who smashed #IronmanUK This time last year she could barely swim & had never been on a road bike. On Sunday she completed a 2.4 mile swim, 95 mile bike ride & then ran a marathon for the first time! An Amazing achievement. #AnythingIsPossible
