Hale……pizza with the grandkids in Liverpool this afternoon, so stopped off at Hale on the way home. Temminck’s Stint another great find by Dave Craven at Carr Lane Pools.


UNST…….first day Unst holiday let & B&B with Allan Conlin What a fantastic place! White-billed Diver the bird of the day, but supporting cast Great Northern Diver, Bonxies, nesting Arctic Skua, singing Wheatear, displaying Dunlin.

Unst……despite the Northerly winds for the last week, Whinchat new in today at Skaw. Plus possible Sibe Chiffchaff and Lesser Whitethroat at Vaylie. Allan Conlin


Unst….. Unst holiday let & B&B what an amazing place 😀 Watched 80 Bonxies bathing at Burrafirth then a newly returned Red-necked Phalarope before heading off to see Edmundson’s Chickweed at Keen of Hamar the only place it grows on the planet !!!
