Just finished watching Clarksons Farm .. absolutely bloody brilliant TV

Update on my old mum ..she is now in a home and requires 1 to 1 care ..we just heard today she is going to be funded by the NHS .. wonderful news for us as there was no way we could afford the 6k a week they was talking about..

I want some more of this soon ..

I've just had my first dose..Time to loose weight..

Lovely day out to Aldeburgh ..and I got to eat some Crab .. quite warm but very pleasant..

I believe this is the perfect temperature for a summer in the UK..So Please Fuck Off The BBC and other media tossers..

Little dinner party tonight..to start retro prawn cocktail.. followed by baked salmon with watercress and dill sauce with new potatoes and fine green beans..to finish up with English strawberrys and cream .. or Mango sorbet... simple evening menu.. hopefully..

It's now about 2.30 ..so far today I've eaten two slices of Serrano ham and a handful of pea shoots..I have indeed lost about 9 pounds in just over a week on The Injections..
