A while back I decided to try and collect the wrestling related Silver Age comics. Today I hit the motherlode. Superman 155 and a half-price deal on the Jimmy Olsen issues (Had 111, but better condition here.) Two left to find.

If you compare them side-by-side, you see where they basically called their Starrcade Future Shock match, which they probably did countless times at house shows.

Memphis Wrestling introduces us to BIG JOHN HARRIS, a hillbilly type character standing near 7'7" & 445 lbs.. Here's a video to put over how "big" John Harris is. Everything from lifting cows to eating everyone's breakfast. Cameos by Jerry Jarrett & Tojo near the end. Oof. 7/6/85

Monday’s mail call. I need to see if I can’t find the corresponding episode of the TV because this was the first summer I had my drivers license. I was kind of hit and miss on keeping up with the Saturday afternoon show. Baron Von Brauner & the Beach Boys don’t ring a bell.
