Wow incredible work in this preprint - I’m glad for all the rotten fruit collections Matt Rockman and other made in the pursuit of finding diverse C.elegans. This genome study looks amazing.

Our preprint on NGS-based SARS-CoV-2 testing is up! medrxiv.org/content/10.110… Work by an amazing team including Joshua Bloom Valerie Arboleda MD, PhD 🤷🏻♀️ Sri Kosuri and others at Octant Bio Eleazar Eskin - UCLA Computational Medicine Jonathan Flint and others.
