Been working a bit on the farm the past 3 months and honestly my appetite has gone a bit daft. Went to my garage gym for the first time in a month and actually looked in the mirror properly… Eating properly and physical work + occasional gym Mentally and physically improving

Back enjoying my cooking for real now, I know I harp on about mental health, but taking the time to look after me has done me wonders. My progress mentally is reflected in my cooking, right now… we’re in a better place
