The community of people in Hoboken who come around before the city recycle vehicle comes and who take our recycled cans out of our gates are very organized. They have a system where one group puts the cans in big bags on the st. corner for pickup trucks to come and take them.

So if I’m pushing a child in a swing in a Hoboken playground doing everything to be safe and another child walks into the swing I’m pushing and gets hurt because they are not being supervised by their nanny am I at fault? This is like a free for all nobody is watching their kids.
