Been feeling emotionally shitty for weeks now. Thought it was just stress combined with seasonal irritability. My psychiatrist bumped up my meds. Come to realize… I had been taking leftover meds from my previous psych which were half my regular dose. Oops. Maybe that’s it…

My parents had to put down their dog today and it was really sudden and I have a lot of feelings because they asked me and my brother if we wanted to say goodbye. We thought we had more time and then all of a sudden they said they had already done it.
