At this point, there may as well just be two transfer windows... one that allows the big 6 to do business and then a second one for the rest of us to chase the scraps they leave behind.

Just going to refer to this as "Big Six Syndrome" from here on out. Symptoms include outward displays of entitlement, assumptions that every other club is just a feeder club for themselves and of course the classic rejecting reality and substituting with their own.
