Today was a gauntlet of emotions for my auditions. Started super stressed out and overthinking them, and ended with having so much fun that I don’t even mind if I don’t actually get cast since I at least got to play for a couple hours. Need to remember to ignore the worries.

The first time I ever voice acted was in 2014. BioWare held a contest for fans to audition to be a character in Dragon Age: Inquisition and I had to try. I didn’t truly begin voice acting until years later, but I love how my first audition was for one of my favorite games.

Please don’t try to use people by becoming friends just to get connections. You should make friends with people to simply be friends with them. If you’re doing it just to get an in, it will close far more doors than it’ll open. People can tell when you have ulterior motives.
