Absolutely poured with rain all day for today's YDL Regional Final at Swindon, Holly said she wouldn't be able to throw very well in the rain then produced 41.63m which isn't far off her PB! Great result in rubbish conditions! Swindon Harriers @DoingItForDan #hammerthrow

Thanks to all the Swindon Harriers officials for running today's Winter Throws competition in -3Β°C! Holly has been ill all week but despite that and the freezing temperatures still managed to throw a very respectable 45.70m π
First time throwing indoors for Holly today Loughborough University on the hammer talent workshop with Olympian Nicola Vizzoni. Was a really useful day and the facilities at Loughborough are amazing π Swindon Harriers
