We added the ARTIC Network V4.1 primer set to poreCov to better support the reconstruction of #Omicron genomes. Just tested, works nice, and recovers an amplicon drop in V4 that masks K417N, N440K, G446S in Spike. github.com/replikation/po…

Does anyone know of a tool to make those genome graphs where orfs are arrows of different colors to show similarity when doing genome comparison? I see them all the time in papers but can't find a tool that generates them. Example below. #SciTwitter #Genetics Phage Canada

🚨 Happy that "What the Phage", our ensemble workflow for #phage detection, is finally published! doi.org/10.1093/gigasc… Give it a try; easy to use w/o the hassle: WTP='replikation/What_the_Phage' nextflow pull $WTP nextflow run $WTP -r v1.2.0 -profile local, docker, smalltest

Yes, BioRender is cool. But you have to pay for vector images, a license when publishing, etc. Enter SVG Repo , free Open Licensed art. Download and work easily in Inkscape, modify them and never worry about licenses. Free as in beer. 👇 svgrepo.com
