A deep understanding and respect for sustainability initiatives - especially focused on soil and water - is crucial to ensuring the success of our cooperative. Our staff regularly works with community leaders and constituents to educate them on our #bmps

There is a lot of activity in both #SugarBeet and #SugarCane fields this time of year, which makes us thankful for the great community around #RealSugar. Tag someone you're thankful for.

Not only do our farms produce food and fiber for families across America, they also serve as a safeguard for a wide range of Florida wildlife. #ThankAFarmer #FreshFromFlorida #MoreToSugar

There are roughly 570 million farms in the world, at least 500 million of those are family owned and managed. Our co-op members are mostly family owned farms that work hard to continue their legacies of feeding the world to the next generation. #familyfarm #thankafarmer

Did you know that sugar cane is an important tool in our efforts to mitigate global warming? Our crops absorb and store carbon dioxide (CO2)— While all living plant matter absorbs CO2 as part of photosynthesis, sugar cane processes significantly more than some other plants.

Those fields you’ve driven by when heading to the west coast from Palm Beach are doing more than providing food, fiber and other essentials. They’re also an important tool to combat climate change. #carbon #floridafarms #moretosugar #floridafarmfamilies

Some views just leave you happier 🌾 Many of our grower members plant rice in the summer months to help slow down the oxidation of soils & as another way to produce food for our community. #floridafarmers #moretosugar #ricefarming #sustainablefarming #eatlocal

Summer break may be over for students, but for our team “summer break” continues When we say break, we’re referring to a break from harvest, which really means repairs and preparations for the next harvest season. Our summer months are spent welding, painting, and replacing 👷🏼‍♀️⚙️
