We’ve been having a lot of fun in the DMS Learning Commons with the Salish Weave Collection. Gallery walk/scavenger hunt, and art creation with 3D printed Coast Salish design element cookie cutters and Playdoh have been a hit with every class! #sd62 #LLC

In addition to our play doh creations inspired by the Salish Weave collection, we also created buttons that replicated our art! Students made and wore their buttons with pride! #sd62 #coastsalishart #collaboration #llc

100s of #bced trustees are at the The Westin Bayshore this week, courtesy of BC taxpayers. There can be value in these meetings, but I’d like to know how they benefit students in classrooms (since they’re paid for out of per-student grants) and why they can’t be held virtually.
