SBMs - how much notice does your contract state you must give when tendering your resignation?

SLAs/Contracts with external childcare providers - do you sign their SLA and then get them to sign your lettings agreement or do you embed your terms into their SLA - what is the best approach?

Do you invoice other schools for facilitating transition days for your soon to depart teachers? If so how do you charge - that teacher’s daily rate based on dividing their salary by 195 days?

Do you pay any overtime to staff on residential school trips? If so how do you work out the payment - number of hours on duty, flat fee etc?
