SILLS: Sills asks for delay related to Lyell's unexpected passing. Court declines, saying Sills hasn't claimed prejudice yet. (Roughly: The judge might grant an extension if you can show you're in a jam, but the judge won't stop the clock every time somebody asks him to.)
