I want to see a Celebrity across the World featuring Doctors, assistants and Aliens. Make it happen someone. No TARDIS or transportation devices permitted. Maybe Daleks have a disadvantage but they'll figure it out.

I think that line is subtly underlining that Sarah Jane passed away and he is feeling very hurt by seeing himself and her together. He is being reminded that although he can live forever he cannot revisit her. He will never bump into her again. Ever.
