I don’t usually talk numbers, but after 3+ years in UGC, I’m finally hitting consistent $10K months. Here’s what I’ve learned: 1. Relationships > pitching Building genuine relationships with brands, agencies, and creators has opened more doors for me than any “perfect” pitch.
