I’m re-reading The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. I first read it age 11.. I was far too young for the content and it gave me nightmares for months. Picking it up back up to see what affect it might have on me at 30.

Can’t believe it’s been a year 🥹 we are huge fans of Bookshop.org at Book Bodega and the power of kind people on social media. Bookshops still need your help! It’s not easy to run a Indy bookshop with cost of living high and profit margins low. Buy books! 💓💓

So, I nearly changed the branding to this fish I made, which I spent months on, it then turns out that the fish is a Christian symbol and thus my branding heavily suggested it may be religious books I was waffling on about. I had no idea 🐟🐠
