Not sure they care but thanks to extremely poor CS from Amazon Amazon Help I have canceled all my pending orders and my prime membership. Been told that will not help me unless I file a police report because a AMZN hub package is now lost! I got better things to do with my time

Another heavy package "not deliverable" despite me being home...the problem with delivery companies like FedEx Help FedEx is that the seller chooses the shipper but the customer deals with their crap! That's why I rarely buy online...always problems with fedex!!!
