What a fab morning spent supporting the workshop with Sam Warne, led by the Wild Strong team, Andrew and Gill SPARC focusing on engaging older adults in physical activity #SPARC

It was absolutely brilliant to round off my 2024 conferences at yesterday's #ScotPARC conference! A brilliant day of sharing insights, as well as forging and strengthening connections in the PA research field - and extra special to have been on the committee this year too!

🎉 IT'S OFFICIAL 🎉 Delighted to have celebrated my #graduation for a PhD in Medicine. A fantastic day spent with family, friends and colleagues. Of course I also had to pay a visit to the Old Course, which certainly played its part in the PhD journey! Thanks again to all 💕

40 years on from one of the 1st studies on this topic we show there is still progress to be made on educating our medical students in physical activity: More aware of PA guidelines - less able to identify them; More PA education - felt less adequality trained to deliver advice.
