What an amazing read!

Had a conversation with an old friend that left me feeling nostalgic. Reminded of this quote I read - “Nostalgia is the hearts way of reminding you of something you once loved”. Thankful for some of the amazing memories and amazing people in my life.

Within the ranks of journalism there still remains quite a lot of stigma about suicide, and too often, a fundamental misunderstanding about why suicide happens. I hope journalists keep this in mind as they reflect publicly (and privately) on a prominent suicide death.
