Dear ahlibank | البنك الأهلي , I’m extremely disappointed with the way you handle customer complaints. I’ve reported a serious issue through email, social media & call centre, but all I’ve seen is ignorance and zero action !!!. This is the Worst customer care experience I’ve ever had .
