As of today, PA is the last state to pass a required state budget. NC passed a stop-gap "mini-budget" last week. ncsl.org/fiscal/fy-2026… Anyone notice the states that are late are also those with a long history of #gerrymandering & legislative dysfunction? PA deserves better.
